Black Country Faith Survey

Back in 2006 Fisher Solutions was commissioned to create a Lotus Notes database to record information on the activities and community involvement of all faith based groups within the Black Country area of the West Midlands. The data collected was then published in an extensive report by Transformations Community Projects Partnership on behalf of the Black Country Net and the Home Office. Overall the project was a great success and provided an eye-opening look into the positive impact faith groups have on our community.

In January 2008 the website was modified to house a second survey. This new survey has been designed to record planned events and activities happening within local churches to support the Hope 2008 initiative.

This website uses an IBM Lotus Notes database to generate the page content and capture survey information over several sequential pages of entry fields. Users can save and reload their survey data in case they run out of time during entry. Administrators can then review and analyze the data offline using the Lotus Notes Client software.
